There can be various reasons why you are contemplating a career change or further education. Some examples of these reasons may include:
Your current position is ending due to reaching a certain age.
Your current position is being eliminated.
You want to acquire additional knowledge for a future role within your current organization.
Your current position turns out not to be what you want to do for the rest of your life.
Your current or future position requires additional or specialized knowledge.
The creation of a personalized training plan is entirely optional and consists of the following steps:
Phase 1
Phase 1
First, we will jointly examine the reason for your retraining or upskilling. For example, if your current position is disappearing, we need to consider your personal interests and your current income. If you are seeking additional knowledge for a potential role change within your organization, we will assess together the required knowledge for that position.
Phase 2
Once we have clarified the reason for your retraining or upskilling, we will explore together the various options we can offer you. To do that, you should have a good understanding of the different fields. We will provide you with comprehensive information about the entire sector and furnish you with detailed information on the subfields: investigation, security, research, or public order.
Phase 3
Once you have made a choice for a particular field, we will provide you with further information on the latest developments in that area. We assume that you would like to pursue education or training in a field where there is sufficient demand.
Phase 4
After providing you with all the desired information, we will collaborate to create your personalized training plan. This plan will include all the information you need to submit for approval to your career counselor or employer. Your career counselor or employer can, of course, reach out directly to our training coordinator if needed.
