    Accreditation and Certification

In 2016, the International Anti Crime Academy submitted IOSI101: OSINT Module 1 and IOSI102: OSINT Module 2 from the Registered Open Source Intelligence Analyst® program for evaluation to the Center for Post-Initial Education (CPION). This organization serves as the official point of contact for educational institutions seeking to have their post-initial education programs recognized as accredited registered courses. CPION is charged with ensuring the quality of various continuing education bodies, including the Foundation for Permanent Education in the Netherlands (SPEN). Only programs that meet rigorous quality standards are eligible for the designation ‘registered course’ and are also included in the Dutch Education Database.

A prerequisite for registration with the Foundation for Permanent Education in the Netherlands (SPEN) is that the offered curriculum, in this case, the Registered Open Source Intelligence Analyst® program, meets the expectations of a registered course in terms of level, depth, currency, and relevance to the job market, as assessed by the institute’s expert Advisory Committee. In evaluating a registered course, the Advisory Committee reviews and monitors various elements including content, duration, number of instructional hours, study load, practical assignments, examination tasks, and the like.

This evaluation process has enabled the International Anti Crime Academy to issue a registered and recognized diploma for the following program:

    Registered Open Source Intelligence Analyst®

To ensure the quality and job market relevance of this program, the International Anti Crime Academy has also established an external Advisory Committee on OSINT, comprising members who are active in the sectors of Investigation (semi-governmental), Intelligence (governmental), and Civil Research, Supervision, and Detection (non-governmental).

This Advisory Committee oversees and provides guidance regarding the alignment of the Registered Open Source Intelligence Analyst® program with practical applications in the aforementioned job market sectors.

Upon earning your diploma, you will enjoy the following benefits:

    1. You will receive the recognized diploma of Registered Open Source Intelligence Analyst®

    2. You will be included in the Graduates’ Registry, allowing (future) employers to verify your diploma

    3. This diploma may qualify you for exemptions in other educational programs

    4. The registry provides the option to request a replacement diploma if you lose the original

    5. The diploma also serves as a part of the Post-Bachelor’s (Post-HBO) program, Registered Open Source Intelligence Expert®

Our OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) programs and diplomas are widely recognized and highly regarded by various government agencies, as well as a broad spectrum of international organizations outside of government. Whether you are already employed by such an organization or aspire to a position with one of these employers, our OSINT programs represent a valuable addition to your resume.
